[National franchise chain] just sucks - period. I've had to bow out of my
case due to my own personal issues which also sucks! Certainly no justice and
it does hurt and I also struggle quite a bit with becoming bitter and cynical.
Of course, you must make sure you NEVER become bitter - because
bitterness means the end of your humanity and the end of any possible joy
you get from life - and what the hell else is there?! You must always focus on
the positive and a lot of the small things - your son's magic tricks ("is this
your card?" YES of course it is!!") the beauty of a sunny day, or even those
moments when you're health isn't an issue and you feel OK. I haven’t gotten a
paycheck in over 2 years and at times feel so awful but I still have hope and
I still haven’t become overwhelmed with bitterness.
You (and Gene) have been a great source of support and encouragement
for me, through your website and your correspondence. It has really meant a
lot to me.
