- Avoid bankruptcy! No lawyer can help if you bankrupt.
- Next talk with your landlord about your lease, (the attorney can help here
as well).
- Stop communications with the franchisor. Let your attorney do the talking.
The franchisor can create more problems for you! (We have heard this
complaint from several others.)
